if i got seat through aiq for mbbs , and i think i can get better College through state counselling and wanna attend the state counselling...will my aiq seat be retained or not if i have not reported to the college alloted

If you got a seat through AIQ for mbbs ,your aiq seat will not be retained if you have not reported to the college in the given time frame that is from 06-Nov to 12-Nov.
If you know that you will get good seat through AIQ in second counselling round, then join the college and go for upgradation.
Suppose you will joined the college and college also alloted to you through state quota, then both the seats will get cancelled.
If you want to participate in state counselling, then take a free exit from AIQ without joining the seat. Then you are eligible for state counselling and you will get your desired college.
