if I got top rank in TS-ICET, I can get admission in ou, jntu other colleges or not

Every colleges has its own cut off since you have not specified your rank it is difficult predict if you can get seat in OU or JNTU. Here is the cut off in 2020
OU
- BC-A: 343
- BC-B: 6688
- BC-D: 97
- BC-E: 17103
- SC: 320
- ST: 299
- General:39
JNTU
- BC-A: 504
- BC-B: 512
- BC-D: 279
- BC-E: 1635
- SC: 108
- ST:1962
- General: 290
Likewise, each colleges has its own cut off category wise. Cut off may increase or decrease every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc. So if you secure the cut off rank that is specified you will be eligible to get seat in that particular college.
