if i graduate from a college that is blacklisted from a company X then can i apply for that company X in future. will the graduated students also be blacklisted?

If the blacklisting is due to a specific issue with the college (e.g., fake placement reports, poor student quality), recent graduates might be affected more. The company might be hesitant to recruit from that college for a while. However, if the company values individual merit, your performance and qualifications could outweigh the college's blacklisting.  Strong academics, relevant skills, and impressive internship experiences can help you stand out.

Blacklisting might be temporary. The company might re-evaluate colleges after a certain period if the issues are resolved. In rare cases, the blacklisting could be permanent. However, this is less common.
