If i had aadhar card from delhi and ews and income certificate from up can i still get admission in du or basically delhi?

Yes you can get admission with the help of your ews and Income Certificate of UP . As, Aadhar card is an identification document and used for that purpose only. However, the certificates helps to give relaxation while getting admissions or for various other purposes as well.
So, you can get admission in Delhi or Delhi University.
