if i had backlogs in previous semester paper and i cleared it before my last semester .... will i still get a job in any company

Yeah! If you can clear your backlogs before the last semester, then you will be able to get placed without any problem. But usually, the placements occur before the last semester or the 8th semester. So if you can do it then you can get placed without any doubt. Also do focus on your learning and skills development so that you can get placed.
