if i had passed 10 from Uttar Pradesh and 12 from Maharashtra then can i have to put type A candidate in MHT-CET form

Eligibility criteria for Type A candidature type - Candidates either domicile of Maharashtra and/or born in Maharashtra.
Such candidates must have passed SSC or Diploma in Engineering or HSC or Bachelor of Science Exam from a recognized Institute in Maharashtra.
