There is no bar to appear for NEET or AIIMS.
You just need to meet the below eligibility criteria.
Here is the eligibility criteria ;
Candidates who want to seek admission in AIIMS 2021 must have completed 17 years age as on December 31,2021.Obky those candidates are not eligible who born on after January 02, 2004 .
Candidates must have passed 12th with an aggregate of 60% from any recognized board. This percentage decreases to 50 and 45 % in case of SC/ST and PwD respectively.
Candidates must have opted Physics, English, Chemistry and Biology as main subjects. And students who will be apperaring 10+2 board in the year 2019 are also eligible.

NEET ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Candidates must have passed 12th from a recognized board with an aggregate of (Un reserved)50% ,(OBC/SC/ST)40% and(PWD) 45% .
Physics, Biology/Biotechnology and English as a core subjects.
Apperaring students in class 12th are also eligible.
Candidates should have completed 17 years as on December 31,2021.
