If I have 90% marks in English in class 12 and in others subjects I have less than 70% then can I go for English honour in du?

In admission procedure DU considers best of four subjects marks out of five.As in DU best of four subjects cutoffs go more than 90 percent in north campus and 80 percent above in south campus of DU.
