If I have 94.2% in X and 95.25% in XII. CGPA 7.8 in B. COM(H) from Xavier's Kolkata and no work experience. Then how much percentile do I need to score to get in SPJIMR?

Since you have a percentage in X and XII along with a good CGPA, you have good chances of getting into SPJIMR. There is no requirement for work experience as such however, if you are applying for management courses you have to clear any of the following exams; XAT,CAT GMAT. It depends upon the course you choose to go ahead with.
