for IIIT campus, your EWS categorical rank needs to be below 5k-6k as cutoff for IIIT campus is very low and highly competitive. cutoff will vary branch wise and campus wise. if  you apply for IIIT campus available in your domicile state then you can use home state quota.

chances are there to get but may not be for demanding branches like CSE, ECE. you can apply for core branch or non technical brranch.
