If I have a score less than 60% in class 12, is there any chance for VIT B.Arch admission?

As per VIT B.Arch eligibility criteria, candidates of unreserved categories have to score at least 60%, while there is a relaxation of 10% for candidates of reserved categories, i.e. minimum 50%.
