if i have about 100 to 140 marks in jee main which nit should i get for studying chemical engineering

See, if you can able to score 150 marks in JEE mains then surely you have the wider range of NIT'S inorder to get into the Chemical Department like Agartala, Tripura, Jaipur, Bhopal etc and it may also may vary from category to category also.
