if i have alloted seat in 1st round of seat allotment and i have accepted the seat then in next round again seat will be alloted of higher choice or not,. please clarify.

Hi Hiraman,
In seat counselling, seats are allotted according to rank of the candidate. That means, the higher ranked candidates will get the first choice. If you have got a seat in the 1st round, you can attend the second round of counselling and choose a better seat(if it is available). But, note that in 2nd round, once you confirm the seat, you cannot leave it.
