Hi Hiraman,

In seat counselling, seats are allotted according to rank of the candidate. That means, the higher ranked candidates will get the first choice. If you have got a seat in the 1st round, you can attend the second round of counselling and choose a better seat(if it is available). But, note that in 2nd round, once you confirm the seat, you cannot leave it.
