If I have already taken admission a deemed university through MCC counseling and later I get a seat in state quota.Can I leave the previous college and how much to pay to cancel the previous seat

hello dear,
You can withdraw your admission before 10 november in order to get full refund from the university as per UGC new guidlines but if you withdraw after 10 november then university can compencate some of your fee.
