If i have any back paper in bsc in any semester and cleared it within my course time ie in 3 years with 60% mark...i am elligible for JAM ?

Yes.

If you clear all you ERs within your program duration with 55 per cent or above marks in aggregate of subjects including languages and subsidiaries of all the years combined then you are eligible.
