if i have applied for state counselling and wants to apply for UT counselling too will that affect my chances for getting a seat in state counselling?

Hello,
No, I do not think that would affect your chance of getting a seat in state counselling. You need to fit the criteria for both or else you can be debarred from the respective quota. For UT counselling you need to fill the UT from which you passed 12th so if both are same I do not think that would be a problem.
