If i have black n white photo copy of cmat admit card...Will i face any problem..??

I would like to tell you that it won't cause any problems to you.
You can carry a B&W copy of the admit card. We advise yopu to carry some other identification as well so that there is no issue. I will alos advice to take multiple copies so that you can use them for future refrences.
