if I Have B.sc(PCM) UG Degree..Than MBA Is better for me or not? Am I Eligible forMBA at IIT's and NIT's? Or Engineering UG degree Is Must?

Yes definitely your eligibile for MBA after bsc bachelor degree. And MBA is surely beneficial for you. For mba students needs to qualify 10+2 and must have qualified bachelor degree with 50% marks. Apart from this students needs to give CAT exam and on basis of CAT exam result colleges are allotted to students for MBA.
