If I have caste certificate for obc category of UP and wants to participate in Maharashtra state counselling as obc candidate can I?

Yes you can participate but you need decimial certificated if you have that then you can apply for the counselling as obc form other state.
Make a decimal certificated it is very help full for you.

Hey Niraj,
Yes , you can use your up's income certificate in Maharashtra.
But if you have made domecile certificate from maharashtra then it will not suitable may be.
