Yes, It is compulsory to pay the fees.

First of all, you have to freeze or not freeze the seat according to your choice.

Not freeze means your seat will be secured in the college which you got in the first round and can apply for the next round. The freeze means you have accepted the seat and wishes not to try in further rounds.

So if you want to go to the next round then not freeze the seat. Pay the fees online. Print the receipt which appears after paying the fees. The receipt will be required in the ARC Center.

I suggest going to the ARC Center till 10 am with all the original documents and the receipt.
