As per your question, honestly and definitely you cannot go for jee advance 2021 if you have cleared your jee mains in 2020 as per NTA guidelines.
If you are willing to give advance then you should have to give mains of that particular year likewise example:-you are eligible for advance if and only if you have cleared jee mains with desired cutoff. For more information and updates of jee entrance exam you can visit to their official website :-

Hope this helps you. Thank you.
You have to appear in jee mains each year seperately and qualify cutoff marks to be eligible for sitting in jee advance conducted in that year. You have only 2 chance of sitting in jee advance one along with 12 and one next year after 12 board. To be eligible to seat in exam you have to clear jee mains each year.
You can shit 3 times in jee mains.you also have to fulfill other criteria to shit in jee advance.

Hey!
See as per NTA candidates can attempt jee mains twice a year and can give exams upto three consecutive years. Also, once you clear jee mains only then you are eligible to apply for jee advanced. Means, if you clear jee januuary attempt 2020 , then you are eligible only for jee januray 2020 jee advanced. In a nutshell, you can attempt only that jee mains for which you have cleared jee advanced.
Hope I answered your query.
Thankyou
