The state qouta or the domicile certificate is needed for the candidates who are eligible and interested for applying for the seats which come under their State Colleges Qouta.
If you have a proper and authenticated domicile of Gujarat and you wish to apply through the Gujrat qouta of seats, then you are completely eligible for Admission. You can get the State Qouta of seats for Admission.
