If I have done diploma after 12 can i get admission in NIT college??

No, you cannot get admission into NITs because NITs don't offer admission to diploma candidates. However, you can appear for JEE mains examination and if you can qualify jee mains then you will be eligible to appear for JEE advance examination and if you will qualify JEE advance then you can get admission into IITs.
