Yes, you can if you have the following

"Candidates in possession of MBBS degree or Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate recognized as per the provisions of the Indian Medical Council Act 1956 and possess permanent or provisional registration certificate of MBBS qualification issued by the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council and have completed one year of internship or/are likely to complete the internship"

ELSE you can apply for a temporary registration number from MCI to appear in NEET-PG in accoradance to an answer to a letter to NBE.

Thanks for your reply. I do full fill all the criteria. But i was told by someone that if I do MBBS abroad , I sipmpl can’t seek admission in Govt. and Private medical colleges. My only option is Deemed. Is this so?

For PG, there is a 50% state reservation which you are not entitled to as you did not study in a state college. However you can compete for the other 50% seats through AIQ.Other than that there are AIIMS , JIPMER, PGI ,NIMHANS which have no such reservation and anyone found qualifying can join.
