You haven't mentioned the exam in particular but if you do not have a webcam, you may have to step out to an Internet Cafe which might have that feasibility. With the lockdown restrictions being relaxed, with little safety measures, you can appear for the exam at an Internet Cafe. The only other option might be to purchase a webcam.
