Hello Mahendra,if you have score this much of marks in NEET 2019,it's almost near to impossible to get into any government college.You can try your luck with private colleges but you have to pay a lot of money for that.If that is what your plan is,then i suggest you should definitely go for it.

You can take admission in some good private colleges with the help of donation.
