If i have only 55% marks in b.tech will i be eligible for an m.des course in IIT's after writing CEED.

Just Like GATE you don't need any Percentage to appear for CEED what You need is Just a Bachelors Degree, Your Percentage comes Into Picture when Yiu apply at Different colleges they have their own criterion Just like many have 55% some may have different as it is different for Different colleges so You need to check for it separately for each participating Institutes.
