If I have passed my class 12 from Uttarakhand and I have domicile of Uttar Pradesh, am I eligible for 85% state quota in Uttarakhand ?

Almost every state of India has 85% of it's total government MBBS and BDS seats available to the stsdents who are the residents of that state better known as the 85% state quota.
This means that if you have passed your 12th from a state (in your case Himachal) and have a domicile in the same, you automatically become eligible for the 85% state quota medical seats of that particular state (Himachal).
