Hello dear
91 percentile will be not enough to get CSE branch as you know that cse is the top most priority of every student and competition for cse is very strong .
With this percentile your general rank will be around 1 lakhs and in this rank it will be not possible.
You should secure rank under 6-7 thousand general rank to get CSE in a good ranking college( like NIT or IIIT ). So I woult suggest you to work hard as you have 3 months with you for the next chance .
