the college's cut off's in the jee main for their admission will vary with the year .it also depends on some parameters such as category,branch. if you score 150 in jee mains, then for general category your AIR will be between 25k-30k.then you'll get some nit's only and some private colleges with the core branches.please refer this given link for the cut-off's details.
