Is there any system of first round cut off or second round cut off?

And my marks fall under the given cut off marks...then why shall I not get enrolled sir?

I can't say none. It depends on your luck . If most of them do not turn up for counselling then maybe Bhu would call more candidates. As there are only 60 seats hence chances are less. And please don't call me sir. I'm just 18 . I've also given blat this year and secured an air 82 but still not sure of getting hostel....

But why in the world will anyone turn down bhu unless he or she is not enrolled in any good bln...well thanks to clear my doubts
