if I have submitted my private medical college fees in first counselling , can I take part in second counselling and if I don't get any college in second counselling will I get my first counselling college back ??

Hi reader ,

if you have got a private college in round 1 then you have 2 options

1) you can go for upgradation in round 1.

in this case if your college doesnot get upgraded then you will retain the college alloted to you in round 1.

2) you can free exit in round 1 and participate in round 2.

in this case if you donot get a college in round 2 then you will not get back the college you got in round 1.
