Let me say that my basis of comparison is on placements because placements provide more realistic scenario or reason for you to study.

1) BVBCET is a very good college in this matter. The highest package was offered by Walmart Labs to 7 CSE students at 14 lpa. Mercedes, Microsoft, Robert Bosch, Amazon and other big players come to recruit. Average package is 4-5 lpa.

2) For KLS Gogte, the highest package offered was 12.6 lpa by Texas Instruments. Among the many companies which visit are Texas instruments, Tata Motors, tata technologies, etc Average package is 4.2 lpa.
