No doubt both are good colleges.

But if i talk about Manipal then it's a world renowned college. It's a good college with strict rules . But fees is unaffordable for middle class and poor families and that's a drawback , though they provide loan also but still , it will be a burden on you . But in terms of research and Innovations , Manipal has a plus point as compared to RV

Whereas RV college holds first Rank in karnataka. And fees is also affordable. But in terms of infrastructure and teaching , RV is not that good as compared to Manipal.

Placement figures for both the college are same, placements are good in both  the colleges. But in  terms of brand value, Manipal is in the leading position.

So it's upto , both the Colleges are good, but you can search for views and decide accordingly.
