if i haven't written my name and date of capture of photograph below the photograph and submitted my form in the correction window period without making the correction will it be cancelled
Dear Fabiha, not mentioning name and date on the photograph will not lead to rejection of your application. Provided rest all details have been furnished correct and the uploaded photograph, thumb impression and signature follow the given guidelines, there should not be any reason to reject your application. So do not worry about it. Usually NBE notifies Candidates in case of any discrepancy of the uploaded photo and signature. Please wait to hear from them. If you do not receive any notification, consider your photograph to be accepted.
