If I hold a college in first round of kcet councelling and go to second round but if i don't get allotment in any college in second round can i go to third round?

Yes you can go till the third round
Imagine if you are at second round of kcet and want to seek admission at the first allotted college it is possible .You get two option either first round allotted college or second round allotted college
But when you go to third round you don't have choices , you must go for the college that is allotted to you
