It is impossible to get a scholarship through management seats or spot admissions. You will have to clear the desired state exam or a national level exam like JEE to get scholarships based on your rank. Scholarship exams are held by some universities or colleges to provide scholarships to students with good a score.

Some colleges also provide scholarships based on your 12th standard marks.

But still, the chances of getting a scholarship through spot admissions is low even after having a good score in the 12th standard.
