if i join nit college then,can i give jee exam next year also? can i remove my admission in next year from nit?

If you take admission in NIT this year, and you are willing to attempt next year's JEE. Then you can definitely go for it.
Taking your admission back is upto you.
You can withdraw your admission at any time.
