Hi Student,
To prepare for CAT, the syllabus that you need to study is VARC(Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension), DILR(Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning), and Quantitative Aptitude but the syllabus for SNAP is a little bit different from CAT like for SNAP you need to do vocabulary, syllogism, idioms, and phrases, one word substitution in addition to Varc in English section and for DILR you need to prepare yourself for analytical reasoning like linear arrangement, coding decoding, cause and effect along with DILR, although SNAP is considered to be an easier exam than CAT, so if you are preparing for SNAP, it will definitely help you but you need to go advance in order to crack CAT. Because CAT is considered to be the most difficult MBA exam. So, just preparing for SNAP will not help you in CAT.
All the best.
