Dear Sir / Ma'm, if you wish to do so that joining a private medical college this year and then joining a government college next year, do remember that you have to sit for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test again for the year 2020, in order to be eligible for the counselling that year. Apart from doing this, you can either join whatever private college you are getting, or give a year drop and prepare for NEET UG 2020. Getting a medical seat in NEET is not really a cake-walk, so if once you have gotten a seat, it is our advise not to leave it. Rest, the final call is yours.
Yes, you can join any private college this year and will be eligible to take admission in any government medical college if you secure good rank next year.
Only thing is that, you have to submit your migration certificate and other important documents to the administration of the college and at the time of admission in government college, you will have to resubmit all those document again and because of that you have to withdraw these documents from previous administration of college.
Best of luck.
