If I live in Gurugram ( Delhi NCR ), Am I eligible to apply for delhi state quota in different colleges like IIIT Delhi, DTU , NIT Delhi etc.?

Hi,
You are eligible for Delhi state quota only if you have completed your class 12th from Delhi. If that is the case for you, then you are eligible for Delhi State quota in IIIT, NIT and DTU. However, the same is not applicable for IIT Delhi, as it considers only All India Rank for admission.
