If I log out from icar fees payments is returned to me ?

Hello,
Your query isn't clear enough.If you have made the payment already for the application then the amount paid will not be refunded if the transaction was successful even if you logout.If your fee payment was unsuccessful then the amount deduced will be refunded to your bank account.It takes time, you need to wait.
