If i m appearing in 12th board exam 2020 but my admit card is not out to give roll no can i give neet exam if i m appearing in 12th board

No no you have to be giving XII exam in 2019 to appear for Neet 2019. You will have to give Neet 2020 if you are appearing for 12th in 20 20
