if I m doing ba programme, is it guaranteed that I will get job just after 3rd year?

It depends. If you are doing your graduation from any well recognised institute you will have placement guarantee. If not you need to search on your own for your job.  But yeah you will get a job for sure in so and so company. If you have good grade or experience your pay scale will be higher or else you must adjust with the paying salary
