Dear Abdul, do not know which city you are enquiring about but the basics of getting a seat in NEET remain the same. 15% of the seats are filled in by All India Quota and the rest 85% are filled in by state level counselling. And then there is reservation based merit. For example,  if you belong to OBC category and score certain marks your ranking might be different from the same marks in General category. If your choice is a reputed Govt. Medical College then you should score nothing less than 650-700. However, this is just a tentative mark range. So mere selecting doesnt get you a seat in the city or college that you desire of! Hope this helps!
