Yes, you can apply as a fresh candidate in Round 2 of Maharashtra State Ayush Counselling, there is no such rule that if you do not participate in Round 1 then you will not be eligible for further subsequent round Counselling. Maharashtra State AYUSH Counselling will be Organised by Maharashtra State CET Cell, To Participate in the Counselling, you need to register on info.mahacet.org
