If I move for csab nd not take seat in round7,if in csab I couldn't get any cllge then Is my seat will securd that is in7or it willbe loosed

Last year the seat that you get in round 7 was kept secured even if you are not alloted any seat in the special round of the counselling. Although the guidelines might be changed this year and they will be released around the 6th round of counselling. You can visit the csab website for more information. Hope this helps.
