If i not accept the seat in cap 1 round can i go for cap2 round it is complusary to pay fee of 1000

If you have been allotted a seat in cap 1, you have to report and pay the seat acceptance fees (Rs1000),it is a confirmation that you want to go for cap2. Otherwise you will be out of the counselling process.
