if i not apply in joSSA can get direct admission in college if the seats are not full.

Hey! Hi Sharmishtha.

Sorry to say but NO.

IIEST takes Admission through JoSAA and suppose if the seats are left vacant then they are filled by the SPECIAL CSAB ROUND held at last.
